Founding partners, William "Trip" Radcliffe and Ernie DeHaas, began their practice of law long before the current partnership which was established in 2004. Both Trip and Ernie have vast trial experience having tried numerous civil cases in Fayette, Greene, Washington, Westmoreland, and Somerset Counties.

The focus of the practice is personal injury litigation and commercial litigation. With the addition of William Martin to the firm in 2009, we hope to expand our practice in both of those areas and in the area of workers' compensation.

Radcliffe & DeHaas, L.L.P. is Southwestern Pennsylvania's only firm focusing on class action litigation as well. We have successfully handled several class actions which have not only been beneficial for our clients but beneficial to clients of other firms who were told they had no coverage available to them. We were able to obtain recoveries for those clients even though other law firms had been unable to assist them and, in some cases, even told them they didn't have a case.
