William M. Martin is an associate at Radcliffe & DeHaas, L.L.P. Bill is a 2006 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where in addition to the regular curriculum, he participated in the Post-Conviction DNA Project. The Project provided inmates of prisons throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with the opportunity to challenge their convictions of violent offenses through the use of D.N.A. evidence. Prior to attending law school, Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with highest distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University with a major in history.
Before joining Radcliffe & DeHaas, L.L.P., Bill served as a clerk for the Honorable Dante Pellegrini of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. As a clerk, Bill was exposed to various state agency, land use, municipal, unemployment compensation, and workers' compensation appeals. Bill was also an associate at a Pittsburgh firm where his primary focus was workers' compensation.
Bill focuses his practice in a wide variety of areas, ranging from people injured in accidents or at work to real estate matters. |
